Three things to know before you call

  1. We are licensed insurance agents. Not Medicare, not the government, not a plan. We help you understand and compare the plans available where you live.
  2. We do not offer every plan available in your area.Currently we represent [X] organizations which offer [Y] products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
  3. There is no charge to call and no obligation. You can hang up with more information and nothing else. Most people think first and decide later, and that is fine with us.

What happens on the call

1

Tell us where you live

Your state and county decide which plans are available, so that comes first.

2

Tell us what matters to you

The doctors you want to keep, the prescriptions you take, and how you prefer to pay for care.

3

Hear your options, explained

A licensed agent explains how Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Part D differ, and which plans available to you fit what you told us.

Who this call is for

You are turning 65 in the next few months or are new to Medicare.
You already have Medicare and want to understand your options without the sales pitch.
You have both Medicare and Medicaid and want to know what may be available to you.
You moved, changed doctors, or are leaving employer coverage.

What we will not do

  • Pressure you to decide on the call. You decide what, if anything, happens next.
  • Ask for your Medicare number, Social Security number or bank information to answer your questions. Those are only needed if you choose to enroll, and never on a first call.
  • Call you eight times a day. If you ask for a call back, we call back once, when you asked.
  • Tell you something costs nothing when it does not. Plans have costs, and we walk through them.
  • Pretend to be Medicare. We are licensed insurance agents, and we say so.
  • Keep you on the line. Most calls take about ten minutes.
